Responsibilities

1. Ensure 1st piece inspection with sample
2. Perform Inprocess audit ,Pokayoke audit ,process parameter audit3. Monitor IPO doc audit4. Monitor Daily Right First Test and IHR monitoring5. Ensure documentation of Daily Rejection and Rework data.6. Responsible for Deviation note7. Verify customer complaint action sustainance8. Implement action plan for IHR(IN HOUSE REJECTION)9. Monitor Inspector training & Inspector performance10. Monitor & maintain 1s/2s in final inspection area11. Ensure Cross audit for leakage with identification mark12. Ensure 100% visual inspection and identification mark13. Submit Fixture resting and locating audit NC to FM14. Monitor Welding penetration/plan15. Perform Assembly CMM according to plan16. Ensure that Daily rejection is moved from line to scrap area.17. Perform Process Validation Co2 & Spot Welding & press machins18. Perform Spot Nugget Test &carbon test according to plan19. Monitor part Layout Inspection as per plan20. Monitor frequency of changing water of Leakage Test Tank21. Ensure regular IPO Updation22. Responsible for Gauges CMM as per plan & Weld Wire Monitoring23. Ensure effective implementation of Poka-Yoke& Kaizen & 5S.24. Implement & follow safety practises in plant
