Quality Assurance Executive (Male Candidate only)

Role: QC Executive (Male Candidate Only)
Location: Bangalore (Kempegowda)
Salary: Up to ₹23,000 per month
Eligibility: Graduates in Food Technology, Microbiology, Biotechnology, or related fields

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

• Conduct site rounds to ensure area hygiene and product safety.
• Check personal hygiene and overall kitchen hygiene.
• Monitor and record cooking temperatures, cleaning, and sanitation practices.
• Maintain proper storage of raw materials and finished products with appropriate tagging.
• Sample prepared menu items and conduct quality testing.
• Handle customer complaints related to food quality.
• Maintain testing and documentation requirements as per FSSAI and operational standards.
• Implement and maintain Food Safety and ISO 22000 guidelines.
• Assist in HACCP documentation and audits.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹260,000.00 - ₹276,000.00 per year
