Quality Assurance Executive - Garments Industry

As a Quality Control Inspector, your role involves ensuring the quality of raw materials and finished bags meet the required standards. Here are the key responsibilities you will be handling: - Conduct material inspections to ensure that raw materials like fabric, zippers, and lining meet quality standards before entering the production line. - Perform in-line inspections during production to detect and address defects early on to prevent further progression. - Monitor bags during the mid-line stage, focusing on Carton Markings, Humidity, and Quantity/Quality. - Carry out final inspections on finished bags before packaging and shipping them. - Identify and report any defects or inconsistencies in bags or materials. - Collaborate with production teams to implement corrective actions and prevent future defects. - Implement and maintain quality control procedures, including sample testing and visual inspections. - Maintain accurate records of inspections, testing results, and corrective actions. - Communicate with Merchants and the Purchase team regarding quality issues to ensure compliance with required standards.
