Quality Assurance Engineer - Mobile App Testing

As a QA Tester at our company based in Gurugram, Haryana, your role involves a variety of key responsibilities including: - User testing, manual testing, mobile app testing, regression testing, and functional testing. - Recording, documenting, and communicating all the issues such as bugs, functionality issues, and any required improvements. - Tracking and ensuring the complete resolution of all the reported issues by the developer. - Reviewing user feedback on a daily basis and highlighting the issues for necessary action. - Continuously updating yourself on mobile technology, voice technology, and app testing. - Generating ideas and sharing knowledge to make the app more user-friendly and improve the product (knowledge of multiple languages is a plus). To excel in this role, you are required to have the following qualifications: - Ability to empathize with users and test the app from their perspective. - Possess a logical and problem-solving attitude. - Clear communication skills both verbally and in writing. - Thorough hands-on experience with Android and iOS devices. - Capable of creating, executing, and modifying test plans. - Experience working with a startup mindset.
