Quality Assurance Engineer - Mobile App Testing

As a Mobile App Tester at our company based in Gurugram, Haryana, you will be responsible for conducting user testing, manual testing, mobile app testing, regression testing, and functional testing. Your main duties will include recording, documenting, and communicating all issues such as bugs, functionality issues, and suggestions for improvement. It will be your responsibility to track and ensure that all identified issues are resolved by the developer in a timely manner. Additionally, you will need to review user feedback daily and highlight any relevant issues. To excel in this role, you must stay updated on mobile technology, voice technology, and app testing practices. We value innovative ideas and encourage knowledge sharing to enhance the user-friendliness and overall quality of our app. Proficiency in multiple languages is considered a plus. The ideal candidate for this position should have the ability to empathize with users and approach app testing from their perspective. A logical and problem-solving attitude, along with clear communication skills (both verbal and written), are essential. Hands-on experience with Android and iOS devices is required, as well as the ability to create, execute, and modify test plans. Previous experience working in a startup environment will be beneficial. This is a full-time position based in our office in Gurugram, Haryana.
