Key Responsibilities: Own and drive the quality of major components of mobile and web-based applications, especially in payments and core shopping experiences Collaborate with senior engineers to plan and execute test strategies and quality benchmarks Design, build, and maintain automated and manual test frameworks for scalable systems Create and manage detailed quality plans, test cases, and execution reports Monitor progress and ensure timely delivery of QA milestones Lead QA efforts for mid-to-large scale projects Contribute to hiring and mentoring quality engineering talent Ensure mobile-first user experience with a focus on performance, bandwidth efficiency, and usability Optimize testing practices to reduce latency and improve customer experience Basic Qualifications: 4+ years of experience in Quality Assurance Engineering Strong experience in both automation and manual testing Proven track record as a QA Lead for mid-to-large projects Expertise in developing and executing test cases, managing test environments, and debugging issues Preferred Qualifications: Hands-on experience with automation frameworks like Selenium or Appium Ability to gather and analyze test requirements to create detailed plans and metrics Experience testing mobile-first and performance-sensitive applications Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms and scalable consumer services Exposure to testing AWS-backed systems or Android applications is a plus Top 10 Must-Have Skills: Automation Testing (Selenium/Appium preferred) Manual Testing QA Leadership on Medium to Large Projects Test Planning & Execution Test Case Design & Management Mobile-first Testing (Android/web) Performance and Latency Testing E-commerce or Consumer Platform Testing Quality Metrics Definition & Reporting Collaborative Problem Solving in Agile Teams
