Quality Assurance Automation Lead

As a Manual/Automation Tester at Novillex, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our core banking product. With 4-6 years of experience, you will be part of a team dedicated to delivering a flawless user experience to our customers. Your expertise in Java, Selenium, Cucumber-BDD framework, SQL Queries, and other technical skills will be essential in performing manual and automated testing to uncover hard-to-find bugs that may evade standard testing procedures. Your responsibilities will include testing various software components of our banking product using both manual and automated methods. You will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and executing automated test scripts using industry-standard tools like Selenium and Cucumber-BDD to ensure the efficiency and reliability of our product. Additionally, you will design, maintain, and execute manual test cases based on product requirements, perform functional, regression, smoke, and exploratory testing, and create and maintain test data for both manual and automated testing. In this role, you will collaborate closely with functional teams to understand product features, review requirements, and ensure comprehensive test coverage. Your ability to identify, prioritize, and implement automation opportunities within the testing process will be crucial in increasing the efficiency of our product. You will also be responsible for analyzing test results, documenting and reporting bugs, and working closely with developers to troubleshoot and resolve issues in a timely manner. Your eagerness towards learning, knowledge of core banking domains such as CASA, Deposit, and Loans, and familiarity with tools like JIRA, API testing, and performance testing will be valuable assets in this position.
