Job Description

Key Responsibilities & Requirements:

Monitor and evaluate call quality based on defined quality parameters.
Identify performance gaps and implement improvement measures to enhance appointment conversion rates.
Monitor day-to-day call centre activities and ensure adherence to defined processes and SOPs.
Conduct regular call audits, provide feedback to agents, and drive continuous quality improvement.
Be proficient in MS Excel, including data analysis, report generation, and performance tracking.
Prepare and share regular quality reports, highlighting key observations, improvement areas, and action plans.
