Job Description

Responsibilities

Conduct thorough quality analysis of software applications and systems to ensure adherence to standards and specifications.
Develop, document, and maintain test cases, test plans, and test scripts based on business requirements and specifications.
Execute manual and automated tests to identify software defects and issues.
Collaborate with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to resolve issues and improve product quality.
Participate in review sessions and provide feedback on requirements, design, and testing processes.
Generate and maintain test documentation, including test results and defect reports.
Continuously improve testing processes and methodologies.

Skill

Proficiency in software testing methodologies and tools, including manual testing and automated testing frameworks.
Experience with test management tools such as JIRA, TestRail, or similar.
Basic knowledge of programming languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript for automation purposes.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, to articulate issues and collaborate with team members.
Understanding of Agile methodologies and development processes.
