This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on exposure to Secretarial Compliance, ROC filings, Corporate Law, and Allied Areas—ideal for candidates aiming to strengthen their professional expertise in a corporate environment.

Key Areas of Work & Exposure:

• Secretarial compliances under Companies Act, 2013 & LLP Act, 2008.
• Working in Insolvency & Bankruptcy Code, 2016 related matters.
• RBI & ROC Compliances.
• Drafting of various resolutions & agreements.
• Company conversions.
• Drafting & Appearance skills relating to National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT) & National Company Law Appellate Tribunal (NCLAT).
• Understanding of allied laws such as FEMA, MSME, SEBI, etc.
• Knowledge of other applicable laws for corporate compliance.
• Liaison with ROC, Regional Directors & other tribunals.
• MSME/GST registration & related compliances.
• Advisory on Companies Act matters, including NCLT/NCLAT appearances.
• Maintaining statutory registers & Secretarial records.
