Job Overview (Major Handlings) - Manage and strengthen accounting and financial systems to ensure accuracy, transparency, and efficiency. Have the experience in leading the Finance Department for 5+ Years. Provide strategic financial support to management for business decisions and growth initiatives. Oversee cash flow management, inflow & outflow planning, and working capital optimization. Ensure implementation of relevant company policies in line with statutory requirements. Oversee compliance with all applicable laws, tax regulations, corporate governance standards, and industry-specific guidelines. Ensure statutory and legal compliance assurance through timely filings, audits, and adherence to reporting standards. Collaborate with internal stakeholders and provide financial insights and documentation for operational decision-making. Coordinate with external stakeholders including auditors, regulatory bodies, financial institutions, and statutory authorities. Provide required documentation, reports, and information to support seamless operations. Build and mentor a high-performing finance team by fostering skill development, accountability, and collaboration. Drive ERP and finance automation initiatives to streamline financial processes and reporting. Promote continuous improvement in processes, systems, and internal controls. Desired Candidate Profile - CPA, CMA, or MBA in Finance. 15+ years of progressive experience in Finance & Accounting, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role. Proven expertise in cash inflow & outflow management, budgeting, forecasting, and AOP planning.
