As a Student Enrolment Advisor , this is what you’ll be doing: The Student Enrolment Advisor (SEA) will work within a friendly, diverse and supportive team to provide excellent customer service to students from around the world. They will be responsible for managing the 1:1 communication with prospective students on behalf of our clients. By answering prospects queries with accuracy, speed and enthusiasm, and supporting them throughout the decision-making process, their work will ultimately increase enrolments at the given institution. Through this Entry-level role they will learn how to use effective questioning and rapport-building to market and promote the Client they are representing. They will also be introduced to Account Management responsibilities. Successful candidates will be trained in the psychology of decisions making, effective writing, marketing techniques, university branding and the UK higher education market. Role responsibilities: Enquiry and Made Offer Management Improve the enquiry experience for students with great customer service, soft sales and provision of accurate information via phone, email and other communication platforms. Ensuring all incoming communications are effectively managed and answered in accordance with SLAs. Utilising effective writing skills to ensure emails are written in an engaging, creative way. Maximising potential conversion using a personalised approach to build rapport and represent the partner institution positively. Collect intelligence from students to report back to partner institutions. Contributing to the continuous improvement of business practices and student experience. Account Management Contribute to account meetings and share feedback and findings following engagement with students. Lead account meetings and coordinate activities both across QS offices as well as between Student and Client Success colleagues. Elaborate call strategies to effectively target students. Ensure information and updates are being accurately and effectively passed to all relevant departments as well as recorded correctly. General Duties: Provide support to the Client Success team as required. Attend conferences, exhibitions, campus tours as required. Domestic and International Travel as required. In addition, any such other duties as are within the scope and spirit of the job purpose, and the title of the position. Key skills and experience: Ability to engage and communicate effectively with a diverse range of people in a logical, organised and effective manner. A high level of initiative where thoughtful, intelligent problem-solving skills are utilised. An excellent standard of spoken and written English. Strong customer relationship skills. Good organisational skills and the ability to priorities work assignments. An intermediate knowledge of Excel, Word and PowerPoint. Persistence in achieving goals and overcomes challenges. Educated to Undergraduate Degree level. Key Personal Attributes: Reliable and proactive team player. High attention to detail and organizational skills. As a Student Enquiry Officer, this is what you’ll be doing: The Student Enquiry Officer will be acting as an ambassador for partner universities, this temporary position entails making outbound calls to prospective students and completing the necessary follow-ups as well as responding and redirecting emails. Role responsibilities: As a Student Enquiry Officer, your key responsibilities will include: Efficiently answering, screening, and transferring all calls to the right department; where necessary, assisting callers with general questions or taking messages. As a Full-Stack Software Engineer , you will play a vital role in building and maintaining our Partner Discovery solution, a new innovative tool, designed to help universities to identify and connect with potential partners worldwide. This is an exciting opportunity to influence a product from its inception, creating features and ensuring seamless integration and functionality, all contributing to a project that will redefine partnership discovery in the education sector. Role responsibilities: The key duties and responsibilities of this role are: Full - stack development : Design and implement responsive web UIs in React/Next.js and build out the back - end services that power them. Feature delivery & support : Develop new features, enhance existing functionality, troubleshoot issues, and provide production support. API integration : Connect front - end components to internal/external APIs - whether that’s tRPC, REST, GraphQL, gRPC or other RPC frameworks. Database design & ORM usage : Model data and write efficient queries in MySQL (or other RDBMS) and NoSQL stores. While we use Drizzle - ORM, experience with Prisma, TypeORM, Sequelize or similar libraries is highly valued. Architecture & system reliability : Perform requirements analysis, code and system risk reviews, and drive improvements in usability, automation, test coverage and reliability. Agile collaboration : Work as an engaged member of our Scrum squad - pairing with back - end engineers, QA, DevOps, UX designers, product managers and business analysts to deliver end - to - end solutions. CI/CD & DevOps awareness : Participate in automated builds, deployments and infrastructure as code. Familiarity with tools like GitHub Actions, Jenkins, Docker or Kubernetes is a plus. And any other duties that fall within the scope and purpose of the role. Key skills and experience: The following skills, knowledge, experience, and qualifications are required to perform the role: Web technologies : Strong commercial experience with React and Next.js. JavaScript/TypeScript : Comfortable with modern JS (ES6+) and TypeScript across front - and back - end codebases. API frameworks : Hands - on experience with RPC/REST/GraphQL/gRPC - bonus for tRPC familiarity. ORMs & databases : Proficient writing SQL; solid understanding of MySQL or PostgreSQL and NoSQL systems. Experience with Drizzle - ORM, Prisma, TypeORM, Sequelize or equivalent.
