Work Experience: 5–8+ years in SDET roles Key Responsibilities: Design and implement test strategies, plans, and automated test frameworks across Web, Mobile, API, and backend systems. Develop and execute automated tests using Java, Selenium, SQL, APIs, and performance testing tools. Conduct database testing using SQL queries and validate APIs with tools like Postman or REST Assured. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate testing into CI/CD pipelines and ensure continuous quality. Drive root cause analysis, report defects, and improve test coverage and automation frameworks. Required Skills: Proficiency in automation testing (Selenium, Java) and functional testing for Web, Mobile, and APIs. Experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins), version control (GIT), and testing methodologies (BDD/TDD). Strong analytical skills, test documentation expertise, and hands-on experience with test management tools (JIRA/Confluence). Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and DevOps practices. Good to Have Skills: Experience with service virtualization, performance testing (JMeter, Gatling), and intelligent automation environments.
