Position: Wealth Executive Location: Hubli / Mysuru Job Overview We are hiring dynamic Wealth Executive to work with pre-qualified, filtered leads and deliver comprehensive financial planning and investment solutions to retail, affluent, and high-net-worth clients. You will collaborate closely with our research and product teams to recommend the right investment strategies and build long-term client relationships. Key Roles & Responsibilities Client Acquisition & Relationship Management Acquire and service preferred, affluent, and high-net-worth clients. Build and grow AUM through Mutual Funds, PMS, Structured Products, and other investment solutions. Maintain strong, ongoing client relationships and ensure high client satisfaction. Investment Advisory Provide end-to-end financial planning and investment advice to retail and affluent clients. Manage and review clients overall financial portfolios while increasing wallet share from existing clients. Market & Client Mapping Track the affluent and super-affluent segments in the region for new business opportunities and client acquisition. Research & Portfolio Planning Stay updated on market trends, investment opportunities, and product changes. Evaluate suitability of various investment options for client portfolios. Cross-Functional Coordination Work closely with research and product teams to finalize investment strategies tailored to client needs. Business Development Activities Participate in and support seminars, workshops, client events, and other business development initiatives. Preferred Candidate Profile Experience: 14 years of experience in Wealth Management, Investment Advisory, Mutual Funds Distribution, Banking, Broking, or Financial Product Sales. Education: Graduate/Postgraduate in Finance, Commerce, Business Management, or related fields. Skills & Competencies: Strong understanding of financial products: Mutual Funds, PMS, Bonds, Insurance, and Structured Products. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to build long-term client relationships and deliver high-quality advisory. Target-oriented mindset with strong sales and negotiation abilities. Good analytical skills with the ability to interpret research reports and market trends. Personal Attributes: Self-driven, proactive, and goal-oriented. High level of integrity and client-first approach. Professional appearance and confident personality. Other Requirements: Comfortable with field meetings and regular client interactions. Local candidates from Hubli / Mysuru or those willing to relocate will be preferred.
