Job Title: Salesforce Business Analyst Location: Trichy, Tamil Nadu Experience: 3 - 5 Years Employment Type: Full-time Notice: 15 days/ Immediate Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Salesforce Business Analyst with 3-5 years of hands-on experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in analyzing business processes, gathering requirements, and driving the successful implementation and enhancement of Salesforce solutions to meet strategic business goals. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their needs, processes, and objectives. Elicit, analyze, and document detailed business and functional requirements for Salesforce-based solutions. Translate business requirements into technical specifications and user stories. Serve as the liaison between business users and technical teams. Support configuration, testing, deployment, and post-deployment activities. Conduct UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and support training for end-users. Maintain comprehensive documentation of all changes and enhancements. Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation within the Salesforce platform. Stay up-to-date with Salesforce releases, best practices, and industry trends. Work closely with Salesforce Admins and Developers to ensure solutions are scalable and aligned with business needs. Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, or related field. 3 - 5 years of experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst. Strong understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and related features. Experience in creating workflows, process maps, user stories, and test cases. Solid knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Salesforce Administrator Certification is preferred; additional certifications like Salesforce Business Analyst or Platform App Builder are a plus.
