As a Server Operations Specialist at our company, your primary responsibility will be to manage the day-to-day operations of servers and related applications. You will provide prompt support to internal departments and clients for platform-related issues. Your tasks will include troubleshooting and resolving user access, trading, and connectivity problems. Additionally, you will coordinate with third-party vendors for technical escalations, such as bridge providers, CRM, and liquidity providers. Key Responsibilities: - Maintain and manage user groups, permissions, and account configurations on trading platforms - Monitor platform performance, logs, and error reports to prevent downtime or critical failures - Document recurring issues and resolutions for the knowledge base and process improvement - Assist in onboarding new clients by setting up accounts, groups, and platform access - Work closely with the risk and dealing team to support any required configurations or restrictions Qualifications Required: - Proven experience in managing server operations and related applications - Strong troubleshooting skills for user access, trading, and connectivity issues - Ability to coordinate with third-party vendors for technical escalations - Familiarity with monitoring platform performance and logs to prevent downtime - Excellent documentation skills for recurring issues and resolutions Please note that this is a full-time position with both day and night shifts.
