Role Overview: QNL Software is looking for a proactive and results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to take full control of our QNL Harmony digital marketing division. This role demands strong lead generation capability, excellent communication skills, and the confidence to independently manage and grow QNL’s digital presence and impact. Responsibilities: Lead Generation: Develop and execute digital campaigns focused on generating high-quality business leads across multiple channels (LinkedIn, Google Ads, Email, SEO, etc.) Division Ownership: Take full responsibility for the performance and growth of QNL Harmony — from planning to execution to optimization. Campaign Management: Design, run, and manage campaigns with a clear focus on ROI, performance metrics, and conversion tracking. Content & Social Media: Oversee and contribute to the creation of engaging content for websites, email, and social media platforms. Analytics & Reporting: Monitor KPIs, track campaign results, and report performance data to improve strategies continuously. Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with leadership, sales, and design teams to align marketing efforts with QNL’s goals.
