Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Digital Marketing Manager. The Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for planning and executing digital marketing campaigns, managing social media channels, generating leads, and analyzing web analytics. The role includes creating and optimizing marketing strategies to drive customer engagement and achieve business goals. The candidate must be results-driven, able to meet lead-generation and pipeline targets, and comfortable collaborating with agencies when required. Qualifications 8-10 years of digital marketing experience, preferably in B2B or professional services. Hands-on execution in: SEO (technical + on-page optimization, keyword research), Paid ads (Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Meta Ads), Social media management (LinkedIn primary). Campaign ownership: ability to plan, launch, and optimize end-to-end campaigns. Analytics: proficiency with GA4, Google Tag Manager, LinkedIn Insight Tag, Search Console. Strong content and copywriting skills (blogs, case studies, social posts, ad copy). Track record of working with KPIs (MQLs, CTR, CPL, ROAS). Excellent communication skills and ability to work directly with leadership and sales. Social Media Marketing and Lead Generation skills Experience in Digital Marketing and Web Analytics Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Ability to work independently and remotely Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field Strongly Preferred Familiarity with enterprise buyer personas (CHRO, CLO, Head of L&D, Procurement). Experience coordinating with agencies/freelancers for SEO, paid ads, or creative work. Knowledge of conversion optimization (A/B testing, landing page performance). Hands-on with tools such as SEMrush/Ahrefs (SEO), Buffer/Hootsuite (scheduling), Canva/Adobe (creative design), Unbounce/Webflow (landing pages). Understanding of lead funnel stages (Awareness → Consideration → Decision). Industry familiarity with corporate training, EdTech, HR tech, or enterprise learning platforms Exposure to account-based marketing (ABM) strategies or experience with account-level engagement and targeting Understanding of lead attribution models, pipeline contribution tracking, and reporting across complex B2B funnels Relevant certifications in Google Ads, LinkedIn Marketing, HubSpot, or SEO-related disciplines
