Role & responsibilities We're looking for a results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales force within a defined regional territory. If you're a people-oriented leader with excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, we want to hear from you! Roles & Responsibilities: 1. D riving revenue growth, meeting ambitious sales targets for turnkey solutions (audio, video, acoustics, AC, stage crafting) across diverse sectors like education, corporate, government, and hospitality. You'll also play a key role in developing effective sales strategies, nurturing existing accounts, and closely monitoring team performance Mandatory Experience in AV/HVAC/ CCTV/ Elevators Preferred candidate profile BE/Diploma with at least 3 to 6 years of proven sales experience in an AV Integrator/HVAC/Elevator Company/similar companies Experience in achieving annual targets of Rs. 2+ Crores.
