We are looking for a Mid-Level Cybersecurity Pre Sales and Sales Executive with proven experience in Cybersecurity Delivery and sales. The role requires someone who can drive client conversations, develop presentation story lines, drive revenue growth, manage client accounts, and position our cybersecurity solutions as a trusted choice for organizations. The ideal candidate combines sales expertise with a solid understanding of cybersecurity strategy, solutions, products, compliance, and client needs. ⸻ Key Responsibilities Sales & Business Development • Prospect, qualify, and convert leads into sales opportunities. • Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs. • Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of mid-market and enterprise accounts. • Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities within existing customer accounts. Client Relationship Management • Build trusted relationships with IT and business decision-makers (CIOs, CISOs, IT Heads). • Conduct solution-focused sales meetings, presentations, and product demos. • Understand client pain points, challenges, and regulatory requirements to position appropriate solutions. • Ensure customer satisfaction and manage post-sales relationships in collaboration with delivery teams. Collaboration & Solutioning • Work closely with leadership to create tailored proposals and RFP responses. • Work on lead generation campaigns and events. • Collaborate with channel partners, OEMs, and distributors to drive joint sales opportunities. Market Awareness & Expertise • Stay up to date with cybersecurity trends, threat landscapes, and compliance regulations (ISO 27001, GDPR, HIPAA, PCI DSS, etc.). • Develop an in-depth understanding of company offerings such as: • Network Security (firewalls, intrusion prevention, VPNs) • Endpoint Security (antivirus, EDR, XDR) • Cloud Security (CASB, cloud workload protection) • SOC Services, SIEM, IAM, DLP, Penetration Testing, Compliance Audits • Provide customer and market feedback to improve solutions and sales strategies. ⸻ Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT or Computer Science • 5 - 7 years of experience in cybersecurity pre-sales and /or sales with a consistent track record of getting deals • Strong understanding of cybersecurity solutions and the ability to translate technical features into business value. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation / story telling skills. • Ability to manage the full sales cycle independently. ⸻ Preferred Skills • Established relationship with SMBs and knowledge of their cybersecurity needs • Familiarity with compliance-driven industries (BFSI, healthcare, government, manufacturing). • Certifications such as CompTIA Security+, CISSP, CISM, or vendor-specific (Cisco, Fortinet, Palo Alto, Microsoft Security) are an advantage. • Experience in working with channel partners and system integrators. ⸻ What We Offer • Competitive base salary + attractive commission plan. • Professional development and cybersecurity certifications. • Opportunities to grow into senior sales or account management roles. • Collaborative environment with access to leading-edge cybersecurity solutions.
