The Associate will be responsible for supporting investment activities, conducting market and industry research, financial modeling and analysis, assisting in due diligence, preparing investment memos, and managing portfolio companies. The role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and an ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Qualifications Experience in financial modeling, financial analysis, and due diligence Strong market and industry research skills Exceptional written and verbal communication skills Ability to prepare investment memos and reports Prior experience in venture capital or private equity is a plus Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field Ability to work on-site in New Delhi Excellent organizational and time-management skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
