Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Client Experience Coordinator located in Gurugram. The Client Experience Coordinator will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction, managing client communications, and providing exceptional customer service. Daily tasks include organizing appointments, maintaining client records, addressing inquiries, and enhancing the overall customer experience. The coordinator will work closely with the team to deliver a personalized and luxurious client journey. Required Skills Exceptional communication (verbal and written). High-level organization and attention to detail. Proficient with scheduling software (mention any specific one). A genuinely warm, service-oriented demeanor.
