Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Digital Strategy Lead, located in Kolkata. The Digital Strategy Lead will be responsible for developing and executing digital strategies, managing projects from inception to completion, and driving innovative solutions to achieve client goals. The role involves working collaboratively with cross-functional teams, analyzing metrics to refine strategies, and ensuring timely delivery of impactful marketing campaigns. Qualifications : Strong expertise in Digital Strategy and Digital Marketing Proficiency in Project Management and ability to oversee multiple campaigns Analytical Skills to interpret data and optimize strategies effectively Excellent Communication skills for collaboration with teams and clients Leadership abilities and prior experience in a strategic or managerial role Knowledge of social media platforms and marketing tools Key Responsibilities : Setting up and optimizing Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max) and Meta Ads campaigns. Knowledgeable in audience targeting, ad copy testing, and creative performance tracking. Monitor daily budgets, bids, and campaign pacing to ensure delivery within KPIs. Conduct keyword research and competitor benchmarking for both paid and organic search. On-page SEO tasks such as meta tags, titles, and keyword placement. Coordinate with content and tech teams to ensure SEO best practices are followed. Track keyword rankings and site performance using tools like Google Search Console and SEMrush. Familiarity with Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and Looker Studio is a plus.
