QC Officer (Formulation)

As a Quality Control (QC) Officer in the pharmaceutical (Formulation) industry located at Waghodia GIDC, Vadodara, your main responsibilities will include: - Performing quality checks on raw materials, in-process materials, and finished products. - Carrying out lab testing using instruments like HPLC, GC, UV, FTIR, etc. - Ensuring all work complies with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices), GLP (Good Laboratory Practices), and other regulatory requirements. - Identifying and reporting any issues like defects, deviations, or non-conformities. - Maintaining accurate records, including test reports and documentation. - Working closely with production and QA teams to address and resolve quality-related problems. - Calibrating and maintaining lab instruments to ensure accurate test results. - Supporting and implementing CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Actions) for continuous improvement. - Conducting stability studies and monitoring product shelf-life. - Sharing QC findings, highlighting trends, and suggesting improvements to management.
