Job Description

Job Title:

Job Responsibilities:

Ensure
timely validation and calibration
of all instruments in the Quality Control laboratory.
Maintain all
Regulatory Compliance documents
as per cGMP and internal quality standards.
Report any OOS (Out of Specification), incidents, deviations, or discrepancies
observed during laboratory activities to the Section In-charge / QC In-charge.
Ensure
preparation and review of analytical documents
such as Specifications, Protocols, and Standard Testing Procedures (STPs) as per approved SOPs.
Maintain and update
instrument logbooks
as per analysis requirements.
Educate, train, and guide workmen
on safe handling of media, reagents, cultures, chemicals, gas cylinders, and laboratory instruments to prevent accidents and ensure safety compliance.
Perform
review of microbial analysis data
for environmental and process monitoring to ensure sustainability.
Support
review of API analysis data
whenever required and ensure data integrity in all QC activities.
