Qualification : Minimum BSc / MSc Or B Tech / M Tech in chemical Stream.

Experience:15 Year experience as QC Head in Ink/Paint or Pigment Industries.

Industry: Chemical Manufacturing

Planning & Execution of Daily QC and In process Lab Operation Activities for smooth and better work culture.

Devise and Establish a company's quality procedures, standards and specifications

Train and supervision the lab Technical person for quality ISO system, Instrument handling with proper guidance with best safety, health and environment practices.

Review customer requirements and make sure they are met

Work with purchasing staff to establish quality requirements from external suppliers

Ensure all the products have clearly defined specifications with careful & sophisticated quality control measures in compliance to the international standards. Employ the use of various ultra-modern facilities & sophisticated instruments.

Trouble shooting during in process checks to achieve Quality and Output.

Participating to the pre-inspection or post supply meeting with suppliers wherever necessary.

Established the process the Inward QC Lab activities.

Responsible for Production planning as per Pending Orders Dispatch schedule and Stock Inventory.

Coordinating with various departments such as Marketing and EXIM to issue export documents (MSDS & COA).

Allotment of Finish Goods as per Orders, maintain finish goods stock and Prepare Monthly stock statement Quality wise.

Provide Guidance to Lab Technical persons to prepare Product presentation for Customers and Marketing Department.

Preparation Stability Test of Solvent Inks using Brookfield Viscometer (LVDV 3T Model No.) for customers.

Coordinates in handling nonconforming/rejected products and its resolution.

Performing in final packing inspection before product dispatch.

Overall responsible for Finish goods Stock Management.

Make sure that Dispatch schedule as per required & Maintain the Material Stock on FIFO and LIFO Basis.

Planning for blending and packing of finish goods as per dispatch schedule and co-ordination with production and Marketing Department.

Handling & manage the material sifting verify the physical stock at every day & To transfer material from quarantine area to release zone, rejected zone

Instructs and guides the manpower base on SOPs to ensure the completion of activities related to material handling in finished goods and timely dispatch.

Submit Monthly Stock statement to CEO of the company. Along with dispatch details, Handling Loss and Balance Finish Goods.

Responsible to ensure the inventory control and to maintain the minimum level of inventory of Finish Goods
