Python Developer (1–2 years experience) We are a growing AI-powered learning startup on a mission to transform the education. We’re looking for a Python Developer (1–2 years of experience) who is eager to learn, experiment, and build impactful products with us. Role & Responsibilities: Develop, test, and maintain backend services and APIs in Python. Work with PostgreSQL for data modeling, queries, and optimization. Contribute to AI/LLM-driven features including Prompt Engineering and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines. Integrate and manage external APIs, SDKs, and AI services. Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices. Collaborate with the product and AI teams to translate requirements into technical implementations. Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving development workflows. Desired Skills & Qualifications: 1–2 years of experience in Python development. Solid understanding of PostgreSQL (schema, joins, indexes, performance tuning). Exposure to Prompt Engineering and working with LLMs (OpenAI, Hugging Face, LangChain, etc.). Knowledge of RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) workflows. Experience with REST APIs / FastAPI. Familiarity with Git & CI/CD workflows. Bonus: Experience with vector databases. Knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP). Understanding of containerization (Docker). Some frontend exposure (React) is a plus.
