Key Responsibilities Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns (LinkedIn, Instagram, Google Ads). Create, edit, and publish engaging content and blogs for the Expo website and social pages. Support SEO optimization — keyword research, backlink outreach, and meta updates. Coordinate with universities, schools, and media partners for promotions and collaborations. Monitor and report campaign performance using analytics tools. Help organize pre-event marketing activities, sponsorship highlights, and exhibitor announcements. Contribute creative ideas for improving engagement and lead generation. We’re looking for a dedicated Outreach & Partnerships Executive to handle global communication with universities, institutions, and education companies to invite them as exhibitors or partners at the Expo. This is a results-driven, full-time salaried role . Key Responsibilities Send a minimum of 100 personalized outreach emails per day to universities, education companies, and organizations globally. Manage email campaigns using Gmail, Google Sheets, or CRM tools (training provided). Research and identify new potential exhibitors, sponsors, and partners. Follow up on previous emails, schedule meetings, and maintain communication with leads. Prepare and maintain accurate outreach reports daily (emails sent, responses, meetings booked). Work closely with the management team to refine outreach strategy and improve conversion rates. Ensure professional and personalized communication in all outreach messages (no copy-paste).
