Urgent Hiring – Quality / Lab Engineer (Metals Industry)
We are hiring dynamic candidates for a reputed Metal Manufacturing Company!
Position: QA/QC TECHNICIANS
Location: Mundra
Qualification: B.E / DME / B.Sc / M.Sc
Experience: 0–3 years (Preferred: Metal Industry – Copper, Aluminum, Steel, Wire, Tube & Sheet)
Key Responsibilities:
Perform routine mechanical tests (tensile, hardness) and chemical analysis on copper tubes & raw materials.
Operate and maintain lab equipment — Spectrometer, UTM, Microscope, etc.
Support shift-wise quality control, in-process inspection & final product validation.
Identify deviations and assist in root cause analysis of non-conformities.
Ensure lab safety & maintain calibration and testing records.
Record accurate test data in registers and digital formats.
Preference: Candidates familiar with Non-Ferrous manufacturing processes.
