Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled

Quality Engineer

with strong expertise in test management and automation to support SAP applications in the Distribution domain. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in modern front-end frameworks, API testing, CI/CD processes, and cloud-native environments, ensuring high-quality software delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and execute automated test scripts using JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, or Java.
Perform hands-on testing of front-end applications built on React, Angular, or Vue, and backend services via REST/gRPC APIs (OpenAPI).
Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or similar tools.
Utilize containers and orchestration platforms such as Kubernetes (Kyma experience is a plus) for testing environments.
Validate data consistency and system behavior using databases, message brokers (e.g., Kafka), and caching systems.
Conduct accessibility (WCAG), performance, and observability testing to ensure robust application performance.
Collaborate with development teams to identify defects, implement fixes, and ensure test coverage across the software lifecycle.

Preferred / Nice-to-Have Skills

Experience with SAP UI5/Fiori and SAP BTP services.
Knowledge of contract testing and security testing practices.
Familiarity with cloud-native testing strategies and tools.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Proven experience in QA with strong test automation expertise.
Hands-on experience in front-end frameworks (React, Angular, Vue) and API testing.
Knowledge of CI/CD, containers, and Kubernetes.
Understanding of databases, message brokers, caching, and modern test infrastructure.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Awareness of accessibility, performance testing, and observability principles.
