Job Title: QA– Spanish

Location: Panchkula

Shift: Night / Rotational (Night shift comes with cab facility and one-time meal)

Experience: 0-3 years (Freshers with good Spanish skills are welcome)About Shipra Travels:

team and ensure top-quality customer interactions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Listen to and review customer service calls.
• Check if calls follow company process and quality standards.
• Identify areas where agents can improve and share feedback.
• Keep records of calls reviewed and report findings.
• Learn industry standards and apply them in call audits.

Key Requirements:

For Freshers:

• Fluency in Spanish (reading, writing, speaking) is a must..
• Good attention to detail and willingness to learn.
• Flexible to work in night or rotational shifts.
• Good English communication skills for reporting and interaction.

For Experienced Candidates:

• Prior experience as a QA (Spanish) in travel or related industry.
• Strong skills in call auditing, quality evaluation, and feedback.
• Knowledge of industry processes, KPIs, and quality standards.
• Good communication and reporting skills, including English proficiency, for

documenting QA findings and interacting with teams.

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple audits efficiently
