Job Description

Job Description: We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented QA & QC Executive with hands-on experience in marine food processing and regulatory quality systems . Key Responsibilities: Monitor quality of incoming raw materials (organoleptic, residue parameters) Conduct hygiene audits during in-process operations Observe & maintain CCPs: metal detection, temperature, packaging, etc. Oversee equipment sanitation and hygiene compliance Documentation as per EU/EIC regulatory requirements Testing and sample coordination: water, swabs, air, residues, FG & RM Monitor pest control, truck hygiene, and consignment checks Handle internal complaints and perform root cause analysis Conduct regular staff training on GMP and food safety protocols Desired Candidate Profile: B.Sc / M.Sc in Microbiology, Chemistry or B.Tech/M.Tech in Food Technology 2–5 years of QA/QC experience in seafood or marine food industry Exposure to EU/EIC quality compliance preferred Strong understanding of hygiene protocols, quality documentation, and testing procedures Good communication and coordination skills Benefits: Competitive salary Exposure to export-quality processing systems Opportunity to work with a reputed third-party export unit Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year Schedule: Day shift Work Location: In person
