We are hiring for QA Manual Engineer for the Noida location. Please find the job description; Proficiency in testing front-end applications. Experience in System Integration. Creating, planning, and writing test cases. Demonstrating a strong understanding of the Testing Life Cycle. Estimating, prioritizing, planning, and coordinating testing activities. Identifying, documenting, and overseeing the resolution of bugs. Monitoring feature progress on JIRA and effectively collaborating with developers for issue resolution. Supporting various QA activities, including the development of test approaches, test cases, and test execution as required. Collaborating with technical resources to discuss and troubleshoot issues. Working independently with minimal supervision.Role & responsibilities Preferred candidate profile Possessing 3-5 years of manual testing experience. Holding a degree in BTech/BS/MTech/MS in Computer Science, IT, or a related field, or an equivalent qualification. Having a solid grasp of QA concepts. Proficiency in identifying test scenarios, designing test cases, executing tests, and managing defects. Competence in conducting Functional, Regression, and Integration testing. Familiarity with Agile Methodology. Adept at manual testing and open to learning new technologies. Experience with test management tools such as JIRA. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Demonstrating enthusiasm and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment. Willingness to learn automation and work in both manual and automated testing. Knowledge of test automation is an added advantage. Experience in customer interactions and the ability to work self-managed, independently, or with minimal supervision.
