QA Lead With Automation

As a QA Lead, you will be responsible for leading the QA team and ensuring efficient testing processes. Your key responsibilities will include: - Analyzing and understanding software requirements to ensure thorough, accurate, and testable Business and Functional Requirements. - Designing and modifying comprehensive test plans and test cases to meet all business needs. - Running manual tests during various testing phases such as unit, system, integration, user acceptance, and performance tests. - Identifying new test cases and scenarios for testing purposes. - Developing and improving test automation scripts using the most appropriate toolset in alignment with the testing strategy. - Preparing documentation for test strategy, test plans, test estimates, test cases, and test scripts. - Managing the working relationship between the QA team, development team, QA environment team, and business partners. Qualifications required for this role include: - Minimum of 7 years of solid experience in software testing, with expertise in testing web-based and .Net applications. - Thorough understanding of Agile/SCRUM software development methodology and process.
