Roles & Responsibilities

• Lead and manage QA delivery for assigned web and mobile application projects.
• Perform

  manual & automated testing

  across web, mobile, CMS platforms, and e-commerce systems.
• Conduct

  cross-browser and device compatibility testing

  to ensure performance consistency.
• Own

  SEO validation, Lighthouse audits, Analytics testing, and page optimization checks

  .
• Create, maintain, and execute

  automation scripts

  using Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, or Puppeteer.
• Perform

  API testing

  with Postman / REST Assured.
• Validate backend data using

  SQL queries

  .
• Prepare

  test plans, test cases, defect reports, and status updates

  .
• Collaborate with

  development, product, and business teams

  to resolve issues.
• Manage and mentor a

  team of 56 QA resources

  .

Must-Have Skills

• 46 years of QA experience in

  web/mobile applications

  .
• Strong experience in

  manual & automation testing

  (Selenium / Cypress / Playwright).
• Hands-on experience with

  API testing

  (Postman / REST Assured).
• Good knowledge of

  SQL for backend validation

  .
• Strong knowledge of

  cross-browser/device compatibility testing

  .
• Experience in

  SEO testing, Lighthouse audits, and Analytics validation

  .
• Ability to lead and manage a small QA team.

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Exposure to

  CMS platforms

  (AEM, WordPress, Shopify, Drupal, etc.).
• Familiarity with QA management tools (

  JIRA, TestRail, Zephyr

  ).
• Strong communication and client-facing skills.
