Job Description

You are a highly skilled QA Lead with 6-9 years of experience in manual, database, and automation testing, and you will be joining our dynamic team. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the quality of our software products by designing and executing both manual and automated test cases. You should hold a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field. Your role will involve participating in requirement analysis and review to ensure testability and identify potential issues early on. You will also be responsible for developing test scenarios and test cases for the capabilities of our products and executing them during formal test periods for every release. Having experience in Functional, Smoke, Regression, System Integration, and End-to-End Testing is essential. You should also be proficient in backend API testing using tools like POSTMAN and Rest Assured IO Java-based library for all GET, PUT, POST, and DELETE methods to assert responses. Additionally, experience in web-based applications, cross-browser testing, and using the test management tool Zephyr Scale Jira App would be beneficial. Your experience working with traditional databases like SQL Server, as well as non-traditional databases such as MongoDB, PostgreSQL, and using the Snowflake cloud-based data warehousing platform is a huge plus. You should have extensive work experience in Agile teams using Scrum/Kanban models and be familiar with Atlassian tools like JIRA and Confluence. An understanding of the CI/CD process and familiarity with tools like Jenkins or Azure DevOps is required. Prior experience with any cloud platforms (e.g., Azure or AWS) and related services would be advantageous. Proficiency in Test Automation frameworks and tools such as Selenium WebDriver, JUnit, Maven, and TestNG, as well as building test scripts using the Java programming language and the Behavior-Driven Development (BDD) Cucumber framework, is necessary. In this role, you will collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to clarify requirements and ensure high-quality deliverables.,
