Key Responsibilities

• Design, write, and execute detailed test cases and test plans
• Identify, document, and track bugs and issues using tools like JIRA
• Perform manual and automation testing across different platforms
• Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders
• Ensure adherence to SDLC, STLC, and Agile practices
• Contribute to continuous improvement of testing practices and quality standards
• Participate in sprint planning, standups, and retrospectives as part of an Agile team

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelors or master’s degree in any stream
• 2–4 years of hands-on experience in manual and automation testing
• Strong understanding of SDLC, STLC, and Bug Life Cycle
• Good grasp of Agile development methodologies
• Proficiency in writing clear and comprehensive test cases
• Familiarity with at least one programming language (Java, Ruby, Python, or JavaScript)
• Experience with testing tools such as Selenium
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Familiarity with project management or issue-tracking tools like JIRA

Nice to Have

• Experience with WebDriver IO and R Spec
• Knowledge of API testing and mobile application testing
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and automation frameworks
