Role Overview

Quality Analyst

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and execute

  test cases

  (manual and automated) to ensure product quality.
• Perform

  automation testing

  using tools like

  Selenium

  or equivalent frameworks.
• Conduct

  API testing

  using tools like Postman, Rest Assured, or similar.
• Execute

  database testing

  to validate backend data integrity.
• Collaborate with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver high-quality features.
• Identify, document, and track bugs; perform regression testing as needed.
• Contribute to building a strong testing framework and continuous improvement of QA processes.
  

Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience

  in software testing (Manual + Automation).
• Proficiency in

  Java or JavaScript

  for automation scripting.
• Hands-on experience with

  Selenium

  or any automation testing tool.
• Strong knowledge of

  API testing

  and tools like Postman/RestAssured.
• Experience in

  database testing

  (SQL queries, data validation).
• Solid understanding of

  SDLC, STLC, defect lifecycle

  , and testing methodologies.

Good to Have

• Experience with

  Cucumber, BDD, TDD frameworks

  .
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and version control systems (e.g., Git).
• Exposure to performance testing or mobile testing.
