QA Engineer - Manual & Automation Testing

As a passionate and detail-oriented QA Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the highest standards of performance and reliability for our products. Your responsibilities will include: - Designing, developing, and executing test cases, test scenarios, and test scripts for both manual and automated testing. - Performing functional, regression, integration, system, and user acceptance testing (UAT). - Developing and maintaining automation test scripts using tools like Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright. - Identifying, documenting, and tracking defects using standard bug-tracking tools (e.g., JIRA). - Collaborating with developers, business analysts, and project managers to understand requirements and ensure comprehensive test coverage. - Contributing to test planning, test strategy, and test documentation. - Supporting continuous integration and continuous testing within CI/CD pipelines. - Providing clear and detailed testing reports and effectively communicating test results. To excel in this role, you should possess the following skills and qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent. - Minimum 3 years of experience in Quality Assurance and Testing (Manual + Automation). - Strong understanding of SDLC, STLC, and defect life cycle. - Hands-on experience with automation testing tools such as Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright. - Experience with Java, JavaScript, or Python for automation scripting. - Familiarity with test management tools like JIRA, TestRail, or Zephyr. - Experience with API testing tools (e.g., Postman, RestAssured) is a plus. - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. - Strong communication and collaboration skills.
