QA Engineer

Responsibilities :

• Perform functional, regression, and exploratory testing for

  mobile apps, APIs, and backend services

• Collaborate with developers and product managers to ensure feature quality before release
  
• Debug and troubleshoot issues across mobile, backend, and API layers
  
• Write, execute, and maintain test cases with strong test coverage
  
• Identify, log, and track defects using standard bug-tracking tools
  
• Contribute to improving QA processes; automation skills are a strong bonus
  

What Were Looking For :

• Experience:

  3–5 years in QA/Software Testing

• Location:

  Bangalore (remote, with monthly office visits)

• Working Hours:

  UK hours (1:00 PM – 11:00 PM IST)

• Education:

  BE/B.Tech/MCA or equivalent

Key Skills :

• Strong experience in

  API testing

  and

  mobile app debugging

• Good understanding of backend testing and databases (SQL/MySQL)
  
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies
  
• Bonus: Hands-on experience with test automation (Selenium, Cypress, etc.), CI/CD tools, and bug-tracking systems (JIRA, Bugzilla, etc.)
