QA Engineer - CMS Sitecore

As a Quality Assurance Engineer at PTC Web Team, your role involves contributing to test plans and scripts, performing and validating test cases, and ensuring the website meets quality standards. You will collaborate with various teams to create the best user experience possible. Your responsibilities include: - Contribute to the development and documentation of test scenarios and cases - Perform functional testing, data validations, and regression testing - Troubleshoot defects using web protocol tools - Contribute test cases for the QA automation test suite - Document defects and follow testing best practices - Ensure clean releases through regression testing - Identify and analyze issues, ensuring new functionality meets specifications - Participate in Scrum activities and collaborate with the development team - Perform all aspects of quality assurance during sprint cycles - Use tools such as Jira and Confluence to log bugs and test results - Communicate effectively in English with written, verbal, and interpersonal skills Your experience should include: - CMS QA experience, preferably with Sitecore - Cross-browser testing experience - Knowledge of test simulation tools, with preference for Lambdatest - Testing experience in an Agile development environment - Full cycle software project experience You should be fluent in English, available during EST time zone, have a collaborative work style, thrive in a dynamic environment, be detail-oriented, work well under pressure, and respect deadlines.
