QA Automation Tester

As a QA Automation Engineer II based in Bangalore with 5-8 years of experience, you will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and enhancing automated test frameworks to ensure the delivery of high-quality software solutions. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement best practices, improve testing efficiency, and support agile development processes. Your key responsibilities will include developing and maintaining comprehensive automated test scripts across various platforms, collaborating with product owners, developers, and QA teams to define test plans and strategies, executing automated and manual test cases, analyzing results, and identifying defects. You will also be responsible for enhancing and optimizing existing automation frameworks, integrating automated tests with CI/CD pipelines, and documenting test procedures, results, and findings to facilitate communication and knowledge sharing. Additionally, you will mentor junior QA team members and stay informed about emerging technologies and tools in test automation. To qualify for this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field, along with 5+ years of experience in QA automation focusing on test script development and execution. You should possess expertise in test automation frameworks and tools, a strong understanding of software development life cycles (SDLC) and agile methodologies, as well as hands-on experience in Java, Selenium, Robot framework, and API testing.
