About the job: Key responsibilities: - Collaborate with the development team to understand software requirements and create comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts. - Conduct manual testing activities such as functional testing, regression testing, integration testing, and system testing to validate software functionality and performance. - Develop and execute automated test scripts using Selenium, Cypress, and Appium tools to augment the testing process and improve test coverage. - Identify, analyze, and report software defects, issues, and risks, and work closely with the development team to ensure timely resolution. - Create and maintain test data, test environments, and test configurations to support efficient test execution and accurate results. - Continuously improve and update the test automation frameworks, tools, and processes to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the testing activities. - Perform compatibility testing across different platforms, devices, and browsers to ensure seamless user experiences. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the integration of manual and automated tests into the software development process. - Monitor and analyze test results, provide insightful reports, and make recommendations for improvements. - Stay updated with industry best practices, emerging technologies, and new testing tools to ensure the adoption of the latest techniques in the QA process. Who can apply: - Bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field. - Strong knowledge of manual testing techniques and methodologies. - Proficiency in developing automated test scripts using Selenium, Cypress, and Appium tools.
