QA Automation Engineer – Selenium, Java + AI Exposure

We are looking for a highly motivated QA Automation Engineer with 25 years of hands-on experience in Selenium and Java, who can independently design and build test automation frameworks from scratch. Experience or exposure to AI-based testing tools or AI/ML projects is a strong advantage.
This role offers the opportunity to work on automation strategies for high-scale applications and explore the integration of AI for smarter testing solutions.

Key Responsibilities:Design and implement test automation frameworks using Selenium and JavaBuild reusable and scalable automation scripts for web applicationsIntegrate automation into CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI)Collaborate with developers and product teams to define testing requirementsExecute test cases, log defects, and ensure high-quality releasesExplore opportunities to apply AI/ML in testing, such as test case prioritization, intelligent bug prediction, and self-healing scriptsMaintain and improve testing documentation and automation efficiency

Required Skills & Experience:2-5 years of experience in automation testing with Selenium + JavaProven experience building automation frameworks from scratchProficiency in tools like TestNG, Maven/Gradle, and version control (Git)Good understanding of SDLC, Agile methodologies, and QA processesExperience with CI/CD tools and test reportingStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent written and verbal communication

Good to Have:Exposure to AI/ML concepts or AI-powered testing toolsExperience with BDD frameworks like CucumberAPI testing using Postman or RestAssuredKnowledge of performance testing tools (e.g., JMeter)Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, or cloud platforms
