QA Automation Engineer-Robot framework and SD-WAN

Clockhash Technologies is seeking an experienced Senior QA Automation Engineer specializing in the Networking domain with a strong background in automation testing. Embrace the chance to work with cutting-edge techniques in a unique work environment that sets us apart from the rest. **Education:** A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as ICT, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or Information Systems is preferred. **Experience:** A minimum of 7+ years of experience in testing is required for this role. **Work Location:** The position is based in Bangalore. **Work mode:** This is a hybrid work arrangement, with 2 days per week spent in the office. **Preferred Skills:** - In-depth understanding of TCP/IP based networks, SDN/NFV, and SD WAN. - Proficiency in Python, Robot framework, and bash scripting. - Experience in NMS/ACS/SD-WAN web application testing. - Familiarity with modern integration patterns, processes, and tools including CI/CD practices. - Excellent communication skills in English, both oral and written. - Proven ability to collaborate effectively with multiple or distributed teams. **Responsibilities:** - Develop and implement testing procedures while overseeing the QA process. - Conduct Test Automation for web applications and REST applications. - Investigate and replicate customer issues escalated by the technical support team. - Establish test environments, create test plans and release documents, and design test cases/scenarios/use cases for execution. - Deploy automated test platforms and cases to cover functional, performance, endurance, and regression testing. - Perform scalability testing through automation. - Share knowledge to enhance the team's skills and expertise. **Nice to Have:** - CCNA certification or equivalent networking knowledge. - Understanding of Security Testing. - Proficiency in Performance and Load Testing Tools. - Familiarity with Agile/Scrum Methodologies. **What do you receive in return:** - A friendly work environment promoting a healthy work-life balance. - Opportunities for personal and professional growth with visibility for your contributions. - Health Insurance coverage. - Work from Home support inclusive of Internet Bill, Gym, or Recreational activities expenses. - Educational Allowances with certification fees reimbursement. - Engaging culture with regular team events to foster collaboration and camaraderie.,
