Python trainer (only female)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Python and Data Analyst Trainer to join our training team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Python programming and data analytics, with a desire to share their knowledge and mentor aspiring professionals. This role involves delivering high-quality training sessions, developing course materials, and providing hands-on guidance to learners from diverse backgrounds.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and deliver training sessions on Python programming, data analysis, data visualization, and related tools (e.g., Pandas, NumPy, Matplotlib, Seaborn, etc.).
• Teach learners how to work with data sets, perform data wrangling, and apply statistical techniques and machine learning fundamentals.
• Create engaging curriculum content, including lecture slides, coding exercises, quizzes, and real-world projects.
• Assess students’ progress through assignments, tests, and projects, and provide constructive feedback.
• Stay current with industry trends and incorporate new tools and techniques into the training content.
• Conduct one-on-one mentorship or doubt-clearing sessions, as needed.
• Collaborate with academic and support teams to improve training effectiveness and learner outcomes.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field.
• Proven experience in Python programming and data analytics (1+ years preferred).
• Prior teaching, training, or mentoring experience (online or in-person) is highly desirable.
• Strong knowledge of data analysis libraries (Pandas, NumPy), data visualization tools (Matplotlib, Seaborn, Plotly), and SQL.
• Familiarity with Jupyter Notebooks, Git, and cloud-based tools (e.g., Google Colab).
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to simplify complex technical topics for diverse learners.
• Certification in Python/Data Science (optional but a plus).

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with real-world data projects and data storytelling.
• Knowledge of BI tools like Tableau or Power BI.
• Exposure to machine learning libraries (Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, etc.) is an added advantage.
• Experience in creating e-learning content or hosting webinars.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
