Job Title: Python Trainer (For Students)

Job Summary:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and knowledgeable Python Trainer to teach and mentor students in learning Python programming. The ideal candidate should have a strong command of Python, excellent teaching and communication skills, and the ability to explain complex concepts in a simple, engaging manner.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and deliver Python programming training sessions for students (beginner to advanced levels).
• Develop and maintain course materials, lesson plans, exercises, and assessments.
• Explain programming concepts such as data types, loops, functions, OOP, file handling, and libraries (NumPy, Pandas, etc.) clearly and effectively.
• Provide hands-on coding practice and guide students in writing efficient and clean code.
• Mentor students through mini-projects, assignments, and real-world applications of Python.
• Evaluate students’ performance and provide constructive feedback to help them improve.
• Stay updated with the latest Python tools, frameworks, and trends in the industry.
• Support students in preparing for certifications, internships, or career opportunities in Python development.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong proficiency in Python programming and core computer science concepts.
• Hands-on experience with Python libraries such as NumPy, Pandas, Matplotlib, Flask/Django (preferred).
• Experience in teaching, training, or mentoring students (online or classroom).
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to simplify technical topics for beginners.
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior experience as a trainer or instructor in Python or related technologies.
• Knowledge of data science, AI/ML, or web development using Python is a plus.
• Certification in Python (e.g., PCEP, PCAP, or other recognized programs) is an advantage.
