Job Description

Role: Python Tech Lead Location: Gurgaon/ Remote Desired Industry Experience: 8+ Years Relevant Experience: Python + Azure + Fast Api Role Description: Python backend development (Flask), strong in FastAPI, microservices and Cosmos/No SQL database Provide technical leadership and guidance to all members of the product development team. Foster a collaborative and innovative team culture. Support the team by removing obstacles, addressing complex technical issues and making considered decisions. Participate in design and architecture discussions with the wider tech team. Work on and improve the CI/CD process, together with test and DevOps functions. Work with cross functional teams e.g. (UX, DevOps, Automation) to efficiently deliver value through product development & optimization. Define and maintain your product's intentional architecture and design, working closely with the Lead Architect and the DevOps team.
