Job Description

Work as a System Engineer responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining large-scale and complex IT infrastructure systems. Provide key support and performance metrics reports to Project Manager/management. Candidate should have knowledge on Windows OS and hardware-related issue. Windows Patching, and ITSM knowledge. Strong knowledge of Windows Server OS, Windows client OS, O365 They should be experienced in technologies like TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VPN, Active Directory (Group Policy, OU) Should be able to document infrastructure designs, configurations, support requests, incidents, and resolutions accurately and thoroughly. Should have excellent communication and customer service skills. Should be able to handle user inquiries, complaints, and support requests professionally, courteously, and effectively. Should be able to manage their workload effectively, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
