Roles and Responsibilities

• Design, architect, and develop complex technical solutions using Python across multiple technologies
• Lead proof-of-concept and pilot implementations to validate new ideas and approaches
• Build and maintain backend applications and APIs using Flask or Django frameworks
• Develop data analytics and data processing solutions using pandas, NumPy, and DataFrames
• Apply strong data structures, algorithms, and object-oriented programming principles
• Participate actively in coding, debugging, and resolving complex technical issues
• Perform regular design reviews and in-depth code reviews to ensure high-quality standards
• Work with containerized environments using Docker and Kubernetes in cloud platforms
• Collaborate with product owners, developers, QA, support teams, and end users
• Participate in architectural design discussions for data and system integration projects
• Ensure best practices in information management, data modeling, system integration, and unit testing
• Continuously improve system reliability, performance, scalability, and security
• Contribute to development standards, technical documentation, and knowledge sharing

Job Requirements

• 7 to 12 years of hands-on Python development experience
• Strong expertise in data analytics libraries such as pandas, NumPy, and DataFrames
• Solid knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and object-oriented programming
• Experience developing Flask or Django-based application servers and REST APIs
• Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes in cloud environments
• Strong experience with code reviews and maintaining coding standards
• Exposure to database technologies including relational, key-value, or document-based databases
• Understanding of software development methodologies, unit testing, and web technologies
• AI/ML experience is an added advantage
